Your Role:
As our Warranty Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
Attend callouts for lift breakdowns under warranty - stairlifts
Maintain lifts within warranty
Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues to ensure safety and functionality
Who You Are:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 (Lift Engineering)
Experienced with stairlifts
A problem-solver who loves challenges and takes pride in their work
A friendly communicator who enjoys interacting with customers
Hold a valid driver's licence as travel is part of the job Ready to Elevate Your Career?
