Water Technician - Level 2

Legionella Monitoring & Water Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Water Services Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality water hygiene and compliance services to a diverse client base.

You will be responsible for carrying out a comprehensive range of water hygiene and Legionella control tasks to ensure full compliance with current regulations and client requirements. Your duties will include:

• Closed system chemical testing and sampling
• Chlorine dioxide monitoring
• Domestic water sampling
• Temperature monitoring
• Cold water storage tank inspections
• Shower descaling
• Other Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks related to Legionella control

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date water compliance logbooks, ensuring all documentation is completed in line with current guidelines, legislation, and company policies.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in closed system water testing (essential)
• Experience in cooling water analysis (desirable but not essential)
• A full, valid UK driving licence
• Basic IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
