• Prepare, manage, and lead immersive XR reviews (Powerwall, HMD, and Desktop) to support Attribute Assessments and Program Gateway Reviews.
• Utilise Power
  
  BI, Excel, and SharePoint to manage operational metrics and maintain dashboards tracking project efficiency.
• Extract complex CAD data using Teamcenter, optimise models, and maintain up‑to‑date variants within Autodesk VRED for production‑ready visualisations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored review environments that integrate decision matrices into visual sessions.
• Contribute to the continuous development of XR tools and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and integrating new technologies.

• Advanced visualisation experience, including deep understanding of Autodesk VRED (variants, scene optimisation) and Game Engine tools (Unreal Engine).
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to balance visual fidelity and data logic.
• AI & Innovation: strong understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) and how they can be applied to generate responses or automate engineering workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Access, and Power
  
  BI.
• Functional experience with high‑fidelity visualisation tools such as VRED, UNREAL, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Degree in a STEM‑based subject, showcasing your technical expertise and analytical mindset.
