Our client is a well-established Managed Service Provider delivering technology solutions to a diverse customer base. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Hardware Operations Manager to take ownership of hardware services, workshop operations and deployment activities across the business.

This is a key role focused on ensuring equipment is built, configured, repaired and deployed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, organisation and customer service. You'll play an important role in supporting project delivery, service operations and the ongoing development of the hardware function.
