This is not a siloed role; it is for a professional who thrives on variety, from domestic extensions to sophisticated portal frame developments and compliance-driven surveys.
Technical ExecutionDeliver simple design work and detailed drawings.
Client EngagementManage site inspections, surveys, and direct communication with architects, contractors, and homeowners.
Strategic ComplianceNavigate the complexities of the Building Safety Act, providing essential inspections and survey calculations for a shifting regulatory landscape.
Operational AgilityHit the ground running with a "common sense" approach to varied engineering challenges.

- Experience:
A minimum of 3-4 years (Graduate/Engineer level) through to Senior status. - Skillset:
