Position: Financial Accountant (Permanent)

Key Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly management accounts and support for group reporting
Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Compliance with statutory requirements and audit support
Continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls
Delivery of financial analysis and insight to inform business decisions
Collaboration with operational teams to enhance performance and profitability
Oversight of balance sheet reconciliations and transactional accuracy
Year-end reporting and liaison with external auditors
Contribution to private equity reporting requirements and investor updates

Candidate Profile
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), ideally from a top-tier practice
Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail
Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
