Are you a confident self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for compliance? Ford Credit is looking for a Project Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting our response to the FCA Motor Finance redress scheme and ensuring adherence to Consumer Duty regulations.
Please note:
This is a fixed term contract for 18 Months.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to simplify complex messages.
- Ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
- Self‑motivated and proactive approach to tasks.
- Understanding of Consumer Duty and fair customer treatment.
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of marketing‑related regulatory and compliance matters.
- Prior experience in Motor Finance.

This position is based in Dunton and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton Campus for a minimum of 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with Marketing, Project, and Compliance teams.
- Prepare and validate materials to support the FCA Motor Finance redress scheme.
- Represent Marketing in meetings related to compliance and regulatory information.
- Assist with ad‑hoc compliance and control work streams.
- Support additional projects within Marketing and Business Operations as needed.
