We operate in a fast-paced, relationship-led environment focused on delivering strong outcomes for clients and lenders.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Broker to join our growing team. This is a dual‑responsibility position combining:

• Managing and converting inbound enquiries
• Assisting junior brokers with structuring and progressing deals
• Generating and closing your own opportunities via outbound business development

This role is suited to a commercially driven broker who can both bill consistently and elevate team performance through guidance and deal support.

• Manage inbound leads from enquiry to completion
• Proactively generate new business through outbound calling and relationship building
• Structure commercial finance facilities across multiple products
• Present and negotiate with lenders
  
  Maintain strong lender relationships

• Assist junior brokers with deal structuring and lender placement
• Provide guidance on packaging, credit appetite, and documentation
• Support juniors in progressing cases through to completion
• Help maintain quality control and CRM discipline

• Proven experience as a Commercial Finance Broker
• Strong understanding of business loans, asset finance, invoice finance, and property finance
• Established lender relationships
• Confident outbound business development capability
• Ability to structure and place complex transactions
• Leadership mindset with willingness to support junior team members
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target-driven and commercially astute
