Basildon, Hybrid Working

£40,000 - £45,000 – Depending on stage of Qualification.

We’re working with an established and growing, fast-moving organisation in Basildon who are looking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of a Management Accountant.

The role

This is a broad Management Accounts role where you’ll support multiple entities within the group.
Producing monthly management accounts
Carrying out variance analysis (actual vs budget, income/expenditure, aged debtors)
Supporting group month-end reporting
Preparing and submitting income flash reports
Assisting with statutory accounts
Preparing FCA returns (RMAR)
Getting involved in wider finance projects and process improvements
Overseeing purchase ledger and cashbook routines

About you
Qualified or part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Around 3+ years’ experience in a management accounts role
Exposure to an FCA/PRA regulated environment
SOX knowledge would be a bonus, but not essential
