28-32k + 20-35% commission

Basildon (hybrid)
We are working with a highly-rated mortgage broker based in the South of Essex, they are looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join their team. They are a small and friendly team who can provide excellent training to support your development as an advisor, providing you with plenty of high-quality leads along the way.
Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;- Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their unique in-house software.
- Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
- Work alongside their case management team to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
- Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
- Ensure all of your work is completed to high standards and is compliant.
- CeMAP qualified
- At least 1 year experience providing mortgage and protection advice
- OTE £60-£70k (basic salary open to negotiation)
- High quality leads provided
- Full admin support
- Hybrid working
- No weekends
