The role offers access to a strong flow of leads generated internally, supporting consistent business opportunities. Any candidates applying for this role should be CeMAP or equivalent qualified and have CAS.

Advising clients on suitable mortgage and protection products Managing and converting internally generated leads Supporting clients through the mortgage application and approval process Maintaining compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures Building strong relationships with buyers, lenders, and estate agency colleagues Keeping up to date with mortgage products, lenders, and market changes What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent mortgage qualification Previous experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor Strong understanding of mortgage and protection products Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage and convert a strong lead pipeline Organised with strong attention to detail Professional and proactive approach to client relationships Full UK driving licence preferred Is this the role for you?
