The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, confident, and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced recruiter or someone with strong sales skills looking to transition into the industry, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
• Meeting targets and growing your desk
• Working closely with a team that genuinely collaborates and supports

• Experience in recruitment or a strong background in B2B/B2C sales
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
