• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for sales vacancies
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Proactively sourcing, screening, and placing sales professionals
• Managing candidate pipelines and delivering against targets
• Providing expert market advice to clients and candidates

• Proven experience recruiting for sales positions
• Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success
