Recruitment Consultant - Basildon (Office based)

Are you an ambitious Recruitment Consultant looking for a fresh opportunity with strong earning potential and real career progression?

We are working with an established, independent recruitment agency based in Basildon that is looking to expand its team. This is a fully office-based role, five days per week, offering a supportive environment, autonomy over your desk, and excellent commission potential.

You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across your chosen sector (industrial, commercial, logistics, engineering or similar). This is an opportunity to build and grow your own desk with full support from an experienced leadership team.

• Developing new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Writing and advertising job vacancies across multiple platforms
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering excellent client service

• Previous recruitment experience (agency preferred)
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building ability
• Target-driven with a motivated and resilient mindset
• Organised and able to manage multiple roles at once

• Uncapped commission with realistic earning potential
