Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
* Identify, record, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
* Perform regression testing and maintain testing documentation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
* Utilise automation tools where applicable to improve testing efficiency.### Requirements
* Proven experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies.
* Familiarity with Sysplex environments and mainframe systems is highly desirable.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.### Nice to have
* Experience with automated testing tools.
* Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C#.
* Certification in software testing (e.g. ISTQB) is a plus.
