- Feature evaluation & adoption
- Strong preference for hands‑on Snowflake DBA expertise as the primary requirement.
- Candidates may be considered even if secondary competencies (monitoring, documentation, collaboration) are limited.
- Depth in core Snowflake administration (RBAC, performance, cost control) outweighs breadth across platform tooling.
