SYNLAB UK & Ireland seeks an IT Support Technician for first-line support across the Pathology IT environment, including Microsoft 365, LIMS, and telephony systems. The role is site-based at Basildon, Essex, with responsibilities for incident triage, SLA adherence, and customer-focused service delivery to multiple sites.
You will maintain hardware/software, contribute to service improvements, and complete learning/certifications to support IT services within the Pathology division.
