Location:
Basildon (3-5 days per week onsite)
Duration: 6 month contract
Rate: £73.40ph LTD (Outside IR35)
Role details:
We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support our defence client on a contract basis. This is not a traditional enterprise networking role. We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked within systems integration, integration & test, trials, or mission-critical environments.
Key Skills Required:
? Recent Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) experience? DDS (Data Distribution Service)
? VLAN Configuration
? Network Architecture & Deployment
? Systems Integration / Integration & Test environments
? Real-time, deterministic or safety-critical networking
Key Responsibilities not limited to:
- Develop and maintain network architecture for laboratory environments
- Support and maintain lab infrastructure and development areas
- Configuring systems according to Lead Systems Engineer requirements
- Support integration, testing and trials activities
