• Supporting andmaintainingclient network infrastructure, including technologies such as Cisco,Zyxeland Fortinet solutions.
• Troubleshooting network issues across a varied client base.
• Working on firewalls, network securities,switchingand connectivity solutions.
• Assisting with network improvements and project work.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver consistently high levelsof service.

• Experience ina networksupport or similar role.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP,routing and switching.
• Experience with Cisco, Forti Gate or similar technologies.
• A proactive,solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Strong willingness to learn
