Location: Basildon
Hours: Monday-Friday, Business Hours
Hybrid Working: Option available once established (2 days per week)
Salary: £27,000 – £33,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sea Import Co‑ordinator to join our team in Basildon.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ import experience, particularly in sea freight, who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and managing end‑to‑end shipment processes.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
• Essential:
  Sea import experience (export experience advantageous).
• Strong understanding of ocean freight processes.
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to prioritise multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills.
