Theyre now looking for an experienced LCL Export Operator to join their busy but fun Basildon office.

If youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys coordinating multiple shipments and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service this could be the perfect opportunity.

The Role

Youll take ownership of LCL export shipments from booking through to departure ensuring every consignment is handled accurately efficiently and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing LCL export shipments from start to finish.
• Liaising with customers overseas agents shipping lines and consolidation partners.
• Preparing export documentation and customs paperwork.
• Booking cargo and coordinating collections.
• Providing shipment updates and resolving any issues quickly.
• Ensuring all export procedures comply with current regulations.
• Building strong relationships with customers through excellent service.

What Were Looking For

Were keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Experience with in LCL sea freight exports.
• Freight forwarding and export operations experience.
• Good knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for freight forwarding.
