Export Operator - Multi Modal

Noble Recruiting are looking for an experienced Export Operator with Multi Modal experience across Air, Road and Sea to join an established and renowned Freight & Logistics global provider based in Basildon, Essex.

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Working hours:

9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Manage all daily Export bookings, manage clients and key accounts.
• Liaise with Sales and other related departments to monitor new & existing business across Export and Cross Trade.
• Oversee and coordinate multi-modal export shipments, ensuring timely delivery across all transportation modes including sea, air and road.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and other relevant export standards to ensure all shipments meet legal requirements.
• Liaise with 3PL providers, carriers, customs authorities, and internal departments to facilitate smooth export operations.
• Negotiate rates and terms with logistics providers to optimise cost-efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain detailed records of export transactions, shipment statuses, and compliance documentation for audit purposes.
• Booking and handling of general EXPORT bookings and enquiries.
