Join a leading freight forwarder as an Export Operator, managing shipments and supporting customers across international freight operations.

* Preparing and checking export documentation
* Tracking shipments and providing updates
* Supporting quotations and responding to customer queries
* Helping resolve delays or other shipment issues
* Maintaining accurate records and following operational procedures

* Good communication and organisation skills
* A careful, customer-focused approach
