We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Branch Manager to support a network of high-performing estate agency branches around the Basildon area. You'll step in to manage operations during periods of absence (e.g., holidays, vacancies, or sickness), ensuring the highest standards of customer service, team performance, and business growth are maintained.

As a Senior Branch Manager, you’ll be offered:
  • Basic salary of £35,000
  • Up to £65,000 OTE
  • Guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Branch Manager:

  • Maximise branch performance through effective listings, valuations, and sales strategies
  • Lead and inspire teams through daily meetings, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations while maintaining high service standards
  • Stay ahead of local market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
