Parking Enforcement & Associated Services Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate to oversee the effective delivery of a parking enforcement contract & associated services and to ensure high standards of performance and compliance. The candidate must be able to demonstrate good working relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage teams working remotely across multiple locations and possess the skills to ensure a collaborative approach to working closely with the client and wider internal teams.

• Manage and lead off-site parking enforcement teams across a number of locations, ensuring performance monitoring, compliance, and the wellbeing of employees
• Oversee the delivery of the parking enforcement & associated services contract in line with agreed contractual terms and KPIs
• Work collaboratively with the client to maintain positive and transparent working relationships
• Monitor, analyse, and report on performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for service improvements
• Attend and contribute to regular operational and performance meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the wider management and support teams to ensure contract success
• Be responsible for ensuring the service continues to improve performance and customer service, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency including the use of technology.
• To ensure as far as practicable the welfare, health and safety of the Team, including the drafting and updating of risk assessments.
• Deliver the services in accordance with the council’s approved budget, including savings and income.

• Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills
• Good understanding of the local area and operational environments
• Ability to analyse data and present clear, meaningful performance information
• Proven ability to manage contractual requirements and service deliver
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to improve services
• Provide strong leadership and high-quality management to lead and motivate the team
• Knowledge or experience of parking enforcement
• Understanding of relevant parking legislation and regulatory frameworks
