Community Safety Enforcement Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for a Community Safety Enforcement Supervisor to join our team. This key leadership role combines day-to-day operational management, with a clear focus on delivering a high-performing enforcement service that makes a lasting difference across the borough.

• You will be a strong, confident leader, with demonstrable experience in managing or supervising staff, ideally within enforcement, community safety or a related field.
• You will support staff in managing challenging and confrontational situations, modelling calm and effective conflict resolution.
• You will drive performance, by ensuring the team meet agreed indicators, following procedure and delivering consistently high standards.
• You will need to make swift, sound decisions under pressure exercising good judgement while maintaining the safety and wellbeing of your team.
• You will be organised and highly efficient and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-profile environment.
• This will be a challenging, but highly rewarding role, ideal for someone with the drive and passion to lead a team that is at the forefront of improving the quality of life for local residents.
