NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Fostering agencies in Basildon to help them find a Fostering Team Manager, full-time.

This is a National Fostering organisation that is well-established and can offer great career development and benefits. The role is office-based in Basildon.

The caseload of each supervising social worker in the team is aboutcarers. There will be 5 supervising social workers which you will be responsible to line manager. The team has 13 staff in total.

You must be a driver and have access to a car to be eligible for this role. The role is autonomous and you can organise your own schedule.

Responsibilities of the Fostering team manager:

Work closely with the Service Manager to help shape the service
Driving forward carer recruitment and retention initiatives
Continue to build an established fostering team
Travel required for Operational area meetings, support groups and training events

Requirements:

Must be a driver and have access to own car

Must have recent experience working as a team manager or assistant team manager, or experienced senior practitioner who is looking to step up.
