Production Operative

All Square Recruitment is seeking proactive Production Operatives to join a reputable client in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for consistent full-time work within a large, supportive Production and Warehouse environment.

Shift Pattern - 6am till 2pm / 2pm till 10pm (Weekly rotating)

The Role

As a key member of the operations team, your responsibilities will include:

* Machine Operation:
Efficiently operating a packing machine.

* Production:
Producing quality parts to be dispatched.

* Quality Packing:
Safely and efficiently preparing products for dispatch.

* Inventory Care:
Organising stock within the warehouse to maintain a safe and productive workspace.

* Team

Collaboration:

Working alongside a friendly, fast-paced Production team to meet daily distribution targets.
