Window Fabricator | Production Operative | Basildon, Essex
£12.71 per hour
Temporary, full-time or part-time
Minimum 16 hours per week
Looking for practical production work with training and progression?
An established Basildon manufacturer is recruiting a reliable Production Operative to help fabricate aluminium and UPVC windows and doors.
The role
- Measuring and cutting materials accurately
- Assembling frames, fixtures and fittings
- Using hand tools and fabrication machinery
- Fitting hardware, glazing beads and components
- Checking finished products for quality
- Completing fabrication and remedial work
About you
- Production or manufacturing experience
- Confident using hand tools and tape measures
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to work safely as part of a team
Window fabrication experience would be useful, but training is available for the right person.
