We are seeking an organised and proactive Production Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing the successful delivery of our bespoke kitchen projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced coordinator with a background in bespoke kitchens who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with multiple departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily workflow of bespoke kitchen projects from design approval through to delivery and installation.
Coordinate production schedules to ensure deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated.
Organise and oversee logistics, including material availability, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
Act as a central point of communication between design, production, suppliers, installers, and customers.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling or production issues.
Ensure a smooth and efficient transition through every stage of the process, from initial design to final delivery
Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and production documentation.
Support continuous improvement of operational processes and workflow management.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience working within the bespoke kitchen industry is essential.
Proven experience in a Production Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Naturally outgoing and confident when liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Methodical approach to planning, coordination, and project management.
Logical problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experienced in coordinating bespoke kitchen projects
Maintaining the smooth flow of projects from concept through to completion
Highly organised
Commercially aware
You will be comfortable managing competing priorities
Ensuring seamless communication across departments
