Optical Precision in Basildon is seeking a CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter or Setter Operator to join a skilled team manufacturing precision components.
You will set and operate 3- and 4-axis machines (Matsuura & Doosan), edit programs in Heidenhain or Fanuc, read drawings, ensure tight tolerances, and contribute to continuous improvement. Competitive pay (£19-£20/hour), overtime, 25 days holiday plus pension; shifts 07:30-16:30 Mon-Thu and 07:00-13:00 Fri.
