NHS Blood and Transplant is seeking a Sister / Charge Nurse – Mobile Team to lead a team ensuring safe donor sessions and high-quality care. You will train staff, oversee operations, and apply clinical judgment to assess donor suitability while upholding regulatory standards.
You will manage shifts, support continuous improvement, and maintain patient safety and donor experience. A full UK RN registration and driving licence are required for this 12-month fixed-term role.
