Summary:

Working for CNH Industrial - a major manufacturer of Agricultural Vehicles and Machinery. Based out of the Basildon Manufacturing Plant.

Position Summary:

The CPA/XQA auditor is responsible for Inspecting and testing the assembled product for defects and deviations from specifications. Discuss inspection results with those responsible for the finished product and recommend necessary corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform finished tractor quality audits, ensuring that the product meets the expected quality requirements.

* Coordinate with Plant personnel to discuss and resolve product quality issues raised during and after the audit Process.

* Update the organization in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues

* Participate in product quality planning and control process based on customer's specifications and requirements.

* Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by Plant Management

* Assist in new product development activities to avoid quality issues.

* Maintain key performance indicators records updated

* Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on root cause and resolution to issues raised during the audit

* Participate in dealer visits in UK and abroad - representing Basildon Manufacturing in front of Customer

* Understand completely the functionality of our product and the Customer's expectations of our product

Key Requirements:

* Must be able to identify/recognize inspection errors and initiate resolution.

* Must be able to understand definitions of critical, major and minor characteristics.

* Must be able to use defined inspection tools and perform a product audit

* Minimum 3 years practical manufacturing experience

* Proactive individual who is able to work effectively within a small team to achieve accurate results

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Have a basic knowledge quality terms, definitions and concepts

* Ability to travel within UK and abroad
