Base Salary: £60,000 + Uncapped Commission + Company Car/Allowance

Basildon Essex (with site visits across London/Home Counties)

Are you a technical expert in the lift industry with a talent for closing high-value deals? We are a leading, independent lift specialist looking for a Major Works Sales Executive to drive our modernization and large-scale project growth.

This is a high-reward role for someone who understands the "nuts and bolts" of lift engineering but has the commercial edge to manage tenders, build sales pipelines, and deliver technical solutions to complex client needs.

The Role:

* Providing detailed estimates and technical solutions for major lift projects and modernizations.

* Attending site surveys to determine functional requirements and producing technical reports.

* Delivering high-quality tender returns and quotations from leads and recommendations.

* Managing the "Customer Journey," ensuring professional communication from initial quote to project handover.

* Developing sales strategies and pricing matrices to improve margin and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience:

3+ years within the Lift Industry is essential.

* Technical Knowledge:
You must be comfortable conducting site surveys and identifying equipment upgrades.

* Commercial Drive:
Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet volume/margin targets.

* Skills:

Strong communication skills and intermediate proficiency in Excel/Word.

* Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or Management is a plus but not essential.
