The Sales Support Administrator provides essential analytical and administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring accurate reporting, high-quality data management, and effective campaign coordination. - Own and manage
Gleniganssystem analysis and reporting. - Produce monthly project start reports identifying new opportunities.
- Generate monthly existing customer reports highlighting activity and trends.
- Identify and communicate market “hot spots” and emerging opportunities to the Sales Team.
- Ensure Glenigansdata is accurate, relevant, and effectively utilised by the business.
- Prepare customer-specific carbon and solar performance reports.
- Calculate and report customer savings and harvested energy data.
- Produce accurate carbon reporting to support customer sustainability objectives.
- Ensure reporting aligns with customer requirements and supports value-based selling.
- Support Area Sales Managers (ASMs) with targeted marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate 360 and customer-specific campaigns.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics.
- Ensure campaign data is captured and recorded accurately within Salesforce.
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance within Salesforce.
- Produce sales performance reports as required.
- Monitor CRM data integrity and follow up on incomplete or inaccurate records.
- Support the Sales Team in maintaining consistent use of Salesforce.
- Conduct detailed customer analysis including:
- Product range and specifications
- Innovation and technology utilisation
- Fleet size, diversity, and geographical reach
- Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and Unique Selling Points (USPs)
- 360 service offering opportunities
- Provide insights to support sales strategy, account growth, and competitive positioning.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Advanced Excel and CRM system capability (Salesforce experience desirable).
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes.
- Proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
