- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customer base
- Processing sales orders and pick notes for the relevant branch
- Processing mixed paint orders with paint room
- Back-order processing
- Counter sales support where applicable
- Communicating regularly with the Sales Manager
- A strong eye for detail, especially when completing stock back orders and maintaining
- communication at all times with customers.
