Export Sales and Logistics Coordinator

Our client in Basildon is a well-established international importer and wholesale distributor looking to recruit an organised and customer-focused Export Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join their busy office team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in export administration, logistics, sales support or customer service who enjoys working in a busy environment.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Location:

Basildon

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders from receipt through to dispatch.
Prepare export and shipping documentation.
Coordinate shipments and liaise with freight providers.
Manage customer accounts and handle enquiries by telphone and email.
Process sample requests and maintain accurate customer records.
Set up new customer accounts and monitor outstanding orders.
Work closely with sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Support Account Managers and provide general sales administration.

The Ideal Candidate :

Previous experience in export, logistics, sales support or customer service.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Able to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment.
Positive, proactive and team-focused.
