Location: Basildon , with travel required across South Essex

Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday
- Thursday 08:30am - 16:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm. Flexibility working outside of the core hours is required, including evenings and weekends.

Contract: Permanent

Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.

As an Inclusive Employment Sustainment Officer, you’ll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, achieve sustainable employment.

You will hold a caseload of customers in employment and maintain communication with all stakeholders to support their ongoing journey.

To be considered as Inclusive Employment Sustainment Officer, you need:

• Experience of supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism
• To be confident in building and maintaining relationships
• Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
• Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to problem solve and make decisions
• An understanding of or experience of using Training in Systemic Instruction (TSI) is desirable
