As part of a team of Activities Coordinators?you will deliver a flexible support and activity service that meets the needs of our customers. The people you will be supporting have a range of support needs associated with learning disability, physical disabilities,?communication?and
behaviours.? What does this involve? Planning and delivering?tailored?group?sessions? Supporting?customers?to flourish in our?day opportunities environment Removing barriers to?support all?participants?to take part in sessions? Who are we looking for? Has experience in supporting people? Has a?positive?attitude Is a good communicator, patient,?and has a passion for helping people to grow? You will need to be able to drive our minibus What youll get in return?
