Peabody is seeking an Outreach Support Worker to cover Harlow and Epping in Essex, with base role is part time (16.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) and hybrid/community-based, focusing on empowering vulnerable individuals to maintain tenancies and access welfare support.
You’ll visit customers at home, assist with tenancy sustainment, welfare benefits navigation, and liaise with external agencies. DBS check and driving licence required. Interviews at Pitsea.
