Manager,youwillplayakeyroleindrivingwarehouseperformance,maintainingoperationalstandards,andensuringcustomerrequirementsaremet.
Youwillberesponsibleformanagingwarehousestaff,monitoring productivity,andsupportingtheongoingdevelopmentofwarehouseprocesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Warehouse Operations:- Managetheday-to-dayoperationofthewarehouseandwarehouseteam.
- Oversee goods-in,goods-out,storage,anddispatchactivities.
- Ensurestockishandled,stored,anddistributedefficiently.
- Team Management:
- Lead,support,anddevelopwarehousepersonnel.
- Monitorteamperformanceandproductivitylevels.
- Providetrainingandguidancetomaintainoperationalstandards.
- Maintainaccuratestockrecordsandinventorycontrolprocesses.
- Investigatestockdiscrepanciesandimplementcorrectiveactions.
- Ensurestockmovementsarerecordedaccurately.
- Promoteandmaintainasafeworkingenvironment.
- Ensureallhealth&safetyproceduresandcompanypoliciesarefollowed.
- Monitorwarehousehousekeepingstandardsatalltimes.
- Coordinatewarehouseresourcestomeetbusinessdemands.
- Identifyandresolveoperationalissuesefficiently.
- Workcloselywithotherdepartmentstoensuresmoothworkflowandservicedelivery.
- Previous Warehouse Manageror Warehouse Supervisor experience .
- Experienceworkingwithinawarehouse,logistics,ordistributionenvironment.
- Strongunderstandingofwarehouseoperationsandinventorymanagement.
- Experienceleadinganddevelopingwarehouseteams.
- Knowledgeofhealth&safetyprocedureswithinawarehouseenvironment.
- Abilitytomanageworkloadeffectivelywithinafast-paced operation.
- Provenexperienceasa Warehouse Manager ,Warehouse Supervisor,orsimilarleadershiprole.
- Strongleadershipandpeoplemanagementskills.
