Duties
Overseeing the daily operational needs for customers
Updating SOPS
Stock adjustments
Ensuring replenisment of stock is completed to prevent any unavailble items
Arranging shipments with transport team based on customer requirments.
Working closely with the warehouse team on all orders and picks
Assisting the warehouse when required
Booking in all incoming stock and storing in a safe manner
Required:
Good customer service
Good communication skills
Computer literate in microsoft office applications
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm however flexiblity as these could change.
