To be considered for this role, you must have:

• NQV Level 2 or above in Pharmacy Dispensing
• Current or recent experience working as a Pharmacy Dispenser
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High level of concentration and attention to detail

As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will be responsible for:

• Dispensing medication according to prescriptions
• Maintaining accurate dispensing records
• Ensuring proper labeling of medications with drug name, strength, quantity, usage directions, patient’s name, and other necessary information
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, particularly those related to controlled drugs
• Placing accurate and timely orders and updating stock records
• Providing excellent customer service and aftercare
• Completing all required training
• Referring to the pharmacist when necessary for assistance

This full-time position requires working Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. The salary ranges from £21,000 to £26,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also be entitled to 25 days of holiday.
