European Road Freight Export Administrator

Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced European Road Freight Export Administrator to join our friendly and proactive Client in Basildon.

Your responsibilities include:

* Daily management of all Export Bookings.

* Working with the export operations manager to maximise the profits for both the Export department and company as a whole.

* Ensuring all clients needs and expectations are met and if possible, exceeded in a timely and cost-effective manner.

* Liaising with the warehouse and supervising the trailer loading and space management

* Booking and handling of general SWE bookings and enquiries

* Assisting in completing in planning trailers in the core markets for maximum efficiency and profitability.

* Managing collections/overseas deliveries and customs documents.

You will need:

* Confident and outgoing individual.

* Min 2 years experience in a similar role within the Logistics/Freight Industry.

* Road Freight Experience essential

* Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

* Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and logical manner both verbally and written.

* Be able to organise and multi-task.

* Good time management skills.

* Driver with own transport is desirable.

* UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
