Capital Accountant

What will the Capital Accountant role involve?

Lead capital accounting, fixed asset management and IFRS 16 reporting, ensuring accuracy across a significant Property, Plant & Equipment portfolio
Maintain robust financial controls, governance and accounting processes, delivering high-quality financial reporting and compliance
Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to coordinate information, support forecasting and provide meaningful financial insight
Present actual and forecast performance to senior leadership, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
Suitable Candidate for the Capital Accountant vacancy:

A recognised accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
Proven experience in financial accounting
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at working independently and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders
Enthusiastic about working within a mission-driven organisation that values continuous improvement and professional development
