We're working with a fantastic local business that needs an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team immediately on a 3 to 6 month temporary contract. This is a great opportunity to secure work quickly with a supportive team, but we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running from day one.

What you'll be doing Processing purchase and sales invoices Bank reconciliations Assisting with payment runs Managing supplier queries Supporting month-end processes General finance administration and maintaining accurate records What we're looking for Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role Available to start immediately or within a few days Able to work confidently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Local to Lancaster and able to work on-site five days a week What's on offer Immediate start 3 to 6 month temporary contract with the potential to be extended Full-time hours, Monday to Friday Competitive hourly rate Friendly and supportive finance team Apply today We're interviewing immediately and this role will be filled quickly.
