The Role
We are looking for a polished, organised, and proactive Centre Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our flagship site. Reporting to the Centre Manager and working closely with the Regional Sales & Operations Manager, you will deliver excellent client service in a busy, multi-functional office environment.
This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in customer-facing, client-facing, and administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to build strong relationships
* Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth operations of the Centre
* Ensure client services are accurately charged
* Complete Health & Safety checks, including weekly fire alarm tests
* Assist with office moves and client requests
* Manage meeting room bookings and facilitate meetings
* Handle post, parcels, copying, scanning, and other administrative duties
* Monitor and restock stationery, coffee, and vending machine consumables
* Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection policies

* Professional appearance and smart dress standard
* Confident, welcoming, and helpful personality
* Highly organised, able to multitask under pressure
* IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Positive, creative, and solution-focused approach
