Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for a part-time opportunity with a global workforce solutions leader? Adecco is seeking an Onsite Administrator to join our Large & Onsite Team based in Basingstoke.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Contract Manager with administration, payroll processing, onboarding activities, and the day-to-day management of our temporary workforce.

About the Role

Part-Time - 20 Hours per Week

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

As the Onsite Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Contract Manager, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Data entry and data processing
Payroll administration
Onboarding new temporary employees
Maintaining accurate workforce records
General administrative support as required

Accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are critical to success in this role.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this position, you'll need:

Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Previous administration experience
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
