Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a distribution business based in Basingstoke. This will be a fully office-based position on a temporary to permanent contract.

Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, escalating where necessary.

Process orders, quotes, enquiries and returns in a timely and accurate manner.

Support the General Manager with daily operational tasks including data entry, reporting, and document management.

Support the General Manager with full conformance to all statutory and regulatory branch requirements, such as Health and Safety and FORS compliance.

Complete general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Previous sales administration experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Including Excel)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure

The Role:

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (with a 1 hour lunch break)

£13.45 per hour (£27,979 per annum)

Temp – Perm position
