Keep a busy office running smoothly while supporting a respected and long-established construction business. Join our client as an Office Manager and play a key role in driving operational efficiency. Office Coordinator Feltham, TW13 Full-time or Part-time (flexible working options available for the right candidate) Permanent £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience and working hours)

Working with many of the UK's leading house builders and property developers, they have built a reputation for professionalism, quality, long-term client relationships and delivering high standards across every project. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Supporting the Directors, Head of Accounts and wider team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient office operations while providing high-quality administrative support and helping to drive continuous improvement across office processes.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the office to ensure efficient operations. Manage office facilities, equipment, and maintenance requirements. Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels. Provide administrative support to senior management and wider teams. Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, room bookings, travel arrangements, and company events. Support onboarding of new employees, including workspace setup and office inductions.

Assist with compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Assist with general office records and filing systems. Act as the primary point of contact for office-related queries and visitors. Identify opportunities to improve office processes and drive operational efficiency. Management of Directors' expenses. Prepare reports for senior management. Skills & Experience Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, or administrative role.

Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong approach towards problem-solving and decision-making skills. Professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. High level of discretion when handling confidential information. Qualifications GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths (essential). Business Administration qualification or equivalent (desirable).
